Welcome to my world! I always thought it would be fun to be the ruler of my own place, and now I can be! I see it as an island within a big city full of life, culture and lots of laughter. Consider yourself a citizen.

Finally!
A little respect for type!
Times New Roman gets its due in the form of a forum no less. A designer's mecca.
I was not 100% sure if it was fake but figured there was a good chance it was. it made me chuckcle and as I am known as the type bich by my grad class i figured what the hell!
thanks lisa for the photoshop props but mace is ahndy one too!
You know, I was so sick on NYE that it was someone completely non-type that started saying it over and over. She had been there many times before, but for some reason, she couldn't stop adding the name of the typeface to it - it just came out.
I think it's amazing to think that in the past (pre word processing software) many people wouldn't know even one typeface name. But now almost anyone that's touched a computer knows at least Arial and Times New Roman. It's interesting to see that sort of social development within my lifetime.

Thales just asked "does Richard know that it was a joke?"
Ha ha ha!
